What we collect
The information you voluntarily share through the contact form or by email: name, work email, company, the tools you use and your enquiry. Please do not include sensitive or confidential information in your first message.
What we use it for
Only to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, to continue the conversation that follows from it. No bulk marketing, no profiling.
Legal basis
The consent you give when you submit the form with the privacy box ticked or write to us by email (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and, if the conversation moves towards a proposal, steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time.
How long we keep it
For as long as needed to handle the enquiry and, if a commercial relationship follows, for the applicable statutory periods. After that it is deleted.
Who else can access it
The providers needed to run the website and email, acting as processors: Cloudflare (website hosting and, when enabled, bot protection for the form) and Resend (delivering the enquiry email to our inbox). Both may process data outside the European Economic Area, with the safeguards required by the GDPR.
Confirm the contracted providers, the chosen data region and the safeguard for each international transfer (EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses) before going live.Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@naltaris.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
